Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is a national level entrance examination conducted by Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI) for admission to MBA/PGDM program. Xavier School of Management (XLRI-XSM or XLRI) is a private Catholic business school run by the Society of Jesuits in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. It was founded in 1949 and got the name Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI) in 1955.

 

 

XLRI offers two years MBA flagship programs like Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM), Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource management (PGDHRM), General Management Program (GMP), Doctoral Level Fellowship Program (FPM) and other short term management development program.

 

 

Apart from XLRI, XAMI members and other 800 B-School accepts the XAT score for admissions to their postgraduate management program.
