Graduate Management Admission Test

GMAT known as The Graduate Management Admission  Test is a computer adaptive test (CAT) used to assess the analytical, quantitative, verbal, reading, and writing skills in English. This test is the gateway for taking admission the graduate management courses like the MBA program.

 

Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) is the developer and administrator of the GMAT. More than 7000 programs with around 2300 graduate business schools accept the GMAT score across the world.

Eligibility of the Exam 

Anyone can appear for this exam irrespective of age, race, gender, nationality, and religion.

Age	Educational Qualification	Attempts
Candidates must have completed 18 years of age. There is no limit for the maximum age. Parents consent is needed for the age group of 13-17 years	Candidates willing to enroll for MBA should have a graduate degree or equivalents from a recognized university.	Maximum of 8 times in total. Candidates can take the exam once every 16 calendar days and not more than 5 times in a year

• Step 1: Visit the official website of GMAT https://www.mba.com/.Create a new account or log in to the already existing account.
• Step 2: Go to Sign up
• Step 3: Fill in the personal details.
• Step 4: Fill in the academic and work details
• Step 5: Select your exam, test center
• Step 6: Select test date and slot
• Step 5: Pay the registration fees.
• Step 6: Take the print of the acknowledgment receipt

Registration by Phone :

The candidate can schedule their exam by phone. They can call the customer care of the GMAT Customer Service of their region and complete the formalities.

 

 

Exam Pattern:

This is a computer adaptive test.  It has four sections and the test comprises both objective and subjective questions.

The official GMAT score will be available 20 days after the test date. Pearson VUE will send an email, the candidate can view, download and print the scorecard.

The validity of the GMAT score is for 5 years.
