Nationality :
- Indian citizens can apply for AILET Exam.
Note: Foreign Nationals do not have to appear for the examination. Direct admission provision for foreign nationals considering the fact they follow the minimum eligibility criteria.
Age :
There is no age bar to appear for B.A.LL.B, LL.M, and Ph.D. courses.
